We are seeking a positive, professional and multi-lingual (Pashto and Dari fluency required) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will directly support the attorneys

Responsibilities:

• Receive Calls to explain processess to potential clients.
• Verify and update clients in a timely fashion
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to establish rapport and effectively convey information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure streamlined operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills are a must (As per USA Standards) – your ability to connect with clients sets the tone for our service quality.
• Detail-oriented approach to verifying and updating client information.
• Prior experience in customer service, collections, or related fields is advantageous.
• Self-motivated team player who can thrive in an independent work environment.

Location: On Site - DHA Phase 6, Ittehad Commerical
Work Timing: 8 pm to 6am (Onsite)
