PV Solar Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician – O&M to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of solar PV systems. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE experience and strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in solar plants.
• Monitor plant performance and identify efficiency issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of panels, inverters, cables, and electrical equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients for site activities.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with company standards.
• Support installation and commissioning activities when required.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant trade.
• 2–4 years of experience in Solar PV O&M or related electrical maintenance.
• UAE solar industry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inverters, transformers, SCADA, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot systems.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
