PVD Operator (Physical Vapor Deposition)

We are seeking an experienced PVD Operator to handle and operate our Physical Vapor Deposition coating equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality coatings, maintain the equipment, and follow safety and production protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor PVD coating machines and vacuum chambers.
• Prepare, load, and unload substrates/components for coating.
• Maintain optimal process parameters: temperature, pressure, deposition rate, etc.
• Inspect coated parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain production records, logs, and documentation.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality control to improve process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or technical diploma (mechanical/electrical/industrial preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of PVD/coating equipment operation experience.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, thin-film coatings, and inspection techniques.
• Attention to detail and strong quality focus.
• Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions.
• Good English communication skills.
