PYP Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Female Primary Teacher to provide engaging and effective instruction to students in Grade 1-5 for subjects- Science, Mathematics, ICT, Social studies. The ideal candidate will be a skilled educator with a strong commitment to helping students develop their academic abilities, social skills, and self-confidence in a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the developmental needs of students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and educational resources to engage students and cater to different learning styles.
• Assess students’ academic progress, provide timely feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, teamwork, and good behavior.
• Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules in a fair and consistent manner.
• Encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and actively participate in discussions.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress, achievements, and areas of concern.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning and school culture.
• Create and maintain records of students’ academic performance, behavior, and attendance.
• Incorporate technology and other resources into lesson plans to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license (where applicable).
• Minimum of [1-2] years of experience teaching primary school students (preferred).
• Knowledge of primary education curriculum standards and best practices.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt lessons and teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• A commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
