We are seeking a Senior Python AI/ML Engineer with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will design, architect, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI systems that deliver measurable business impact. You will work on goal-oriented agents that extend beyond content generation to become autonomous digital business operators capable of complex reasoning, multi-step workflow execution, and decision-making.

System Architecture & Development

• Design and implement production-ready multi-agent systems using advanced orchestration frameworks.
• Build autonomous agents that sense business context, plan workflows, execute tasks, and optimize outcomes to drive business efficiency.
• Develop agent-to-agent communication protocols and coordination strategies.
• Create scalable Develop maintainable architectures for complex business automation solutions.
• Must Have
• Programming: Expert-level Python for AI/ML applications
• AI Frameworks: Deep expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent orchestration platforms
• Data Science: Analyze complex datasets using statistical modeling, ML, and visualization techniques
• Computer Vision: Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing models for object detection, image classification, and video analysis
• LLM Integration: Advanced experience with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent large language models
• Prompt Engineering: Skilled in prompt design and optimization for complex agent behaviors
• Vector Systems: Hands-on experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar vector databases
• DevOps & Cloud: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and deployment on AWS (microservices), GCP, and Azure

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, AI/ML engineering, and system development
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science and Computer Vision with advanced frameworks
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
• Demonstrated technical leadership on complex software projects
