Role Overview:

As the Tech Recruitment Manager at Arcitech AI, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success in the tech industry. You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent, implementing data-driven recruitment strategies, and staying ahead of tech recruitment trends. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment

Compensation:
