Position Summary

Arcitech is looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support lead generation through strong On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and content optimization. The ideal candidate is hands on with SEO tools and performance tracking, and can execute audits, fixes, and optimizations in coordination with content and web teams.

Key Responsibilities

1) On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

  • Perform on-page optimization: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structure, image alt-text, schema basics.
  • Optimize existing landing pages and blogs for target keywords, search intent, and conversions.
  • Support content planning with keyword mapping, content briefs, and competitor insights.
  • Improve content quality for rankings: readability, topical depth, semantic SEO, and content updates.

2) Technical SEO

  • Run technical audits and coordinate fixes (crawl issues, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, broken links, sitemap/robots, page speed, Core Web Vitals basics).
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting rankings and site health.
  • Work closely with developers to implement technical recommendations correctly.

3) Off-Page SEO

  • Execute ethical off-page initiatives: link-building outreach, directory/citation management, brand mentions, and partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor backlink profile health and support disavow recommendations if required.


4) SEO Tools, Reporting & Analytics

  • Use SEMRush for keyword research, competitor analysis, audits, and tracking.
  • Manage Google Search Console for performance monitoring, indexing checks, and issue resolution.
  • Use Google Analytics for traffic analysis, behavior insights, and reporting.
  • Manage GTM (Google Tag Manager) for tracking implementation support (events, conversions, basic tags).
  • Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) for visibility, local SEO, and updates.

5) Performance Tracking & Growth Support

  • Track rankings, organic traffic, CTR, impressions, conversions, and landing page performance.
  • Create periodic SEO reports (weekly/monthly) with insights and clear action plans.
  • Support CRO-aligned SEO improvements (CTA placement, page UX suggestions, content flow).


Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SEMRush
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP)
  • Proven experience in content optimization (blogs + landing pages)
  • Basic understanding of HTML elements relevant to SEO (meta tags, headings, canonical, etc.)
  • Good communication and coordination skills (content + dev team alignment)


Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to schema markup, Core Web Vitals improvements, and site speed optimization
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for SEO research/content improvement (prompting + editing)

  • Growth in organic traffic and non-branded keyword visibility
  • Ranking improvements for priority keywords
  • Increase in qualified leads/conversions from organic sources
