Position: Account Manager (SaaS Solutions)

The Account Manager is the primary owner of the client relationship post-sale, acting as the critical link between the client’s strategic needs and Arcitech’s internal delivery teams. This role ensures high client satisfaction, smooth project execution, and long-term account growth by maintaining consistent communication, tracking project health, and successfully coordinating cross-functional efforts from project inception to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Strategic Growth

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders, building deep, long-term professional relationships.

Develop and nurture strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for service expansion, organic account growth, and contract renewals.

Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring new clients are seamlessly integrated, educated on product functionality, and set up for rapid success and adoption.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, analyze performance metrics, and proactively align Arcitech’s solutions with evolving client objectives.
Project & Delivery Coordination

Act as the critical liaison between the client and internal Project Managers (PMs), ensuring a shared, up-to-date understanding of project requirements, scope, and strategic goals.

Ensure smooth handover of projects from the Sales team through initiation, execution, and final sign-off, maintaining continuity for the client.

Coordinate the delivery of project updates to the client, translating technical progress and internal milestones into clear, business-focused communication.

Monitor the pace and health of all assigned projects, proactively identifying potential roadblocks or delays and working with PMs to implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure client requirements are fully satisfied throughout the project lifecycle, driving successful adoption and comprehensive final delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (including Product, Technical Support, and Engineering) to resolve high-level client issues and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Account Health & Reporting

Maintain expert knowledge of Arcitech's SaaS solutions and relevant industry trends to offer proactive, consultative advice to clients.

Monitor and report on key account health metrics, client satisfaction levels (CSAT/NPS), and project status to senior management.

Document client interactions, project status, and engagement plans accurately in CRM and project management tools.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a related client-facing role within the SaaS/Technology sector.

Demonstrated ability to mediate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all client levels, including executive stakeholders.

Strong business acumen with a clear focus on client retention, satisfaction, and organic account growth.

Proven ability to coordinate and drive outcomes across internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, PM, Engineering).

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with project management tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).

Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and analytical skills.
