Python Developer

About the Role

WPBrigade is seeking a talented Python Developer to join our AI team. In this role, you will develop scalable Python applications, contribute to machine learning pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers. You’ll work on projects involving large datasets, model training, and intelligent automation, helping us build innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications that support AI and ML workflows.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training, testing, and deploying AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models and ensure scalable deployment.
• Integrate APIs and AI services (e.g., NLP, computer vision, LLMs) into applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code with strong testing practices.
• Debug, optimize, and improve system performance for AI-related applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python, ML frameworks, and AI tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Developer ( 1+ years depending on role ).
• Strong understanding of Python programming and libraries for AI/ML:
• NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn (core data/ML stack)
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras (deep learning frameworks)
• Experience working with APIs, RESTful services, or AI SDKs.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs ( LangChain, Langgraph, LangSmithRAG).
• Knowledge of automation tools(N8N).
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone).
• Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes for model deployment at scale.
