Python / Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Python / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to build, train and deploy machine learning models and pipelines. This is an ideal role for someone with 2-4 years of experience who wants to gain hands-on exposure to real-world ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in collecting, cleaning and preparing large datasets for training.

● Write Python scripts to automate data processing and model evaluation.

● Train, fine-tune and test machine learning models under guidance.

● Help implement APIs and services for model inference and deployment.

● Document experiments, results and best practices.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or related field (or final-year student / recent graduate).

● Proficiency in Python and common libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.

● Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts (classification, regression, NLP or speech processing).

● Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

● Good understanding of version control (Git).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and GPU training workflows.

● Experience with data annotation or multilingual datasets.

● Knowledge of REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask).

Soft Skills

● Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

● Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

● Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
