Python Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid knowledge of Python frameworks, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end teams with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-quality products.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
• Write clear technical documentation and maintain code quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with databases — SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of unit testing and test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest).
