Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) and React.js/Next.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, deploying solutions on AWS, and working with modern DevOps and CI/CD workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI).
• Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js or Next.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS services, including Cognito, App Runner, Amplify, RDS, SES, S3, and MongoDB.
• Work with GitHub for version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering, updates, demos, and feedback (verbal & written communication).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure best coding practices, security standards, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1.5 to 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Python, FastAPI, and backend development principles.
• Solid experience with React.js or Next.js for frontend development.
• Hands-on deployment experience with AWS services:
• Cognito
• App Runner
• Amplify
• MongoDB / RDS
• SES
• S3 Bucket
• Experience with API integration, authentication, and cloud architectures.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills for client interactions.
• Good understanding of GitHub workflows and repository management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker or containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with unit testing and automation.
