External Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django. Implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Integrate backend systems with Azure cloud services, including ADF and Databricks. Develop and optimize SQL queries and cloud database schemas to ensure reliability and performance.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable system architecture. Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and data teams to deliver seamless integrations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring performance and security best practices.

Primary Skillset

• Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
• Hands-on experience in automation scripting (Python/Shell).
• Expertise in SQL and cloud databases (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Secondary Skillset (Nice-to-Have) Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Awareness of cloud security and compliance best practices.
