Python Developer

We are hiring for a Senior Python/ML Engineer in Egypt.

Exp: 6+ years

Location: Egypt

Notice Period: Any

Skills Required: Python, Langchain, Data, CI/CD, AWS

Role:

• 6+ years of experience in Python and backend development.
• Hands-on experience related to building systems that use LLMs, either RAG systems or MCP servers, which can include technologies like vector databases, LangChain, Fast API .
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their usage (agentic workflows, MCP, and similar).
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms - especially S3, Lambda, SageMaker and BedRock models.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and modern development practices.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures , and scalable backend architectures.
• Experience building low-latency, high-performance server-side applications .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to have:

• AWS certification regarding AI or DevOps practices.
• LLM/SLM fine tuning experience is great bonus
• Experience using ML evaluation/training frameworks like MLFlow or SageMaker.
• Experience working with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure model-serving frameworks or LLM inference tools.
• Rust experience is a nice bonus

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining the backend components for the MCP servers
• Implementing the logic to interface with a diverse set of Location APIs, ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange.
• Fine tune LLMs and SLMs depending on the project needs.
• Defining the capabilities and resources that the MCP server will expose to clients, in alignment with the MCP specification.
• Write and maintain logging, tracing, and visualization parts of the project using Langfuse, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability through clean architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions and contribute to technical documentation.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure the quality and maintainability of the server.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineering teams, to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
