Job Description — Junior AI/ML Python Developer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI/ML Python Developer to join our development team. The candidate will assist in building AI-powered applications, developing machine learning models, writing scalable Python code, and supporting data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and AI solutions.
• Assist in building, training, and testing machine learning models.
• Work with datasets for cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Integrate AI/ML models into web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with senior developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Write reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
• Use libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Create REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
• Maintain version control using Git/GitHub.
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML technologies and trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts.
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Understanding of APIs and backend development.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
