About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Python Developer with hands-on AI/ML experience to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing intelligent applications, working with machine learning models, and implementing data-driven solutions using Python

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI-driven applications and automation systems using Python.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world use cases.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Develop RESTful APIs to serve machine learning model outputs.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and backend systems.
• Conduct research on recent ML algorithms, NLP, and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and model performance dashboards.
• Continuously improve system accuracy, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or relevant field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation and analysis using: Pandas, NumPy
• Knowledge of AI concepts, including:
• Supervised & unsupervised learning
• NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Computer vision (preferred)
• Experience with model deployment using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and software development lifecycle.

Nice to Have (Added Advantage):

• Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Exposure to GenAI, RAG, or Chatbot development
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, DVC)
• Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask

• Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
