Cogent Labs is hiring Python Developers (Fresh Graduates) for its Lahore office.
Must-Have

- Fresh graduate in CS/SE (or equivalent) with strong programming fundamentals
- Top-notch communication, confident, extroverted, and energetic
- Good understanding of Python and Django (via projects, coursework, or internships)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs & databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

Familiar with Git & collaborative development practices
- Responsible, with a no giving up attitude
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset (we value team players, not solo flyers)
- Exposure to Flask, FastAPI or Scrapy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability

Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
- You struggle with communication or prefer to work in isolation
