Job Title: Python Django Developer

Location: Full-time | On-Site Experience: 2–4 Years

About the Role

We are a fast-growing technology company focused on building robust and scalable ERP solutions. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Python Django Developer to join our backend team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of backend architecture, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django Rest Framework
• Build and manage RESTful APIs, data models, and core application logic
• Implement real-time features using Django Channels and ASGI
• Integrate authentication systems including JWT and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Work with PostgreSQL for database modeling and performance tuning
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS EC2, S3, and Microsoft Azure
• Use Docker, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment workflows
• Write well-documented, maintainable, and secure code following best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience with Python and Django Rest Framework
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Django Channels, ASGI, and JWT Authentication
• Experience implementing SSO (OAuth2, SAML, etc.)
• Proficiency with AWS (EC2, S3) and Microsoft Azure
• Skilled in using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitHub
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable backend code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on ERP systems
• Familiarity with multi-tenant architecture and subdomain routing
• Exposure to React.js
• Background in developing or maintaining payroll systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
