Python & FastAPI Intern

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Python & FastAPI Intern to support the development of backend projects and internal tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with our engineering team to build, test, and maintain web APIs using FastAPI, Python, and related technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python
• Collaborate with senior developers and product teams on new project development
• Assist in writing unit tests and debugging code
• Help integrate APIs with front-end and mobile applications
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL and MySQL) as part of API development
• Document code, processes, and API endpoints
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of Python programming
• Experience or coursework related to FastAPI or similar Python frameworks (Flask, Django, etc.)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and basic web architecture
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation (Monthly):
Rs. 5,000 + Travel Allowance upto Rs. 1,500

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
