About the Role:

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Developers with a strong foundation in Python and ML frameworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and optimizing ML models, translating complex business requirements into intelligent, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into actionable ML solutions.
• Implement algorithms and statistical models to solve real-world business challenges.
• Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality documentation, and follow coding best practices.
• Monitor and maintain ML models in production environments.
• Research and apply the latest machine learning techniques to improve existing solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Practical experience with one or more ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
• Expertise in key ML domains:
• Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
• Time-Series Forecasting
• NLP or Computer Vision
• Statistical Modeling & Data Wrangling
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, tuning, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Exposure to MLOps tools and model deployment frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, or AWS ML services.
• Awareness of cloud-based data workflows and ML lifecycle management.
• Active participation in Kaggle competitions or public ML challenges is a strong plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
