Position Overview

Prime Minds Consulting Private Limited, a leader in ERP, BI, and software development, invites fresh BE/BTech graduates to join our 3-month Odoo Traineeship as Python Developers.

This intensive, free training program includes hands-on exposure to Odoo’s ERP framework, Python, and JavaScript. A 24-month retention bond applies upon absorption into the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

- BE/BTech graduates (2020–2025) in CSE, ISE, ECE, EEE, or IT

- No backlogs; minimum 60% aggregate

- Proof of Python training—certificate from institute or academic curriculum

- Course Completion Certificate from the Python Institute

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Willingness to sign training terms, retention bond, and reference checks

Training Program Details

Duration: 3 months, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, at Prime Minds office

Curriculum & Activities:

1. Refresher on core Python concepts

2. Python for Odoo ERP specifics

3. On-the-job training in Odoo, Python, and JavaScript

4. Overview of Odoo modules and functionality (within first month)

5. Fortnightly assignments and performance assessments

6. Laptop is Must with 16gb ram ( need to install Odoo and LinEx and run book )

Remuneration & Bond

- Training Period (Months 1–3): No stipend; training provided free of cost

- Stipend Period (Months 4–15): ₹15,000 per month, commencing in month 4th month upon formal selection with shifts.

- Post-12-Month Increment: Performance-based appraisal subject to performance, with salary increasing to ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month with shifts

- Retention Bond: 24-month mandatory bond to be completed.

- Notice Period: After completion of the 24-month retention bond, a 3-month notice period is mandatory for voluntary resignation

Performance & Evaluation

- Fortnightly reviews; unsatisfactory performance in months 1–2 may lead to release

- Release package includes PG rent support, bond fulfillment, and Odoo training certificate

- Eligibility for permanent employment review after 6 months based on performance

Reference & Selection Process

- Technical round (Python, JavaScript mandatory; HTML, SQL advantage)

- HR round

- Reference checks: one peer and one relative
