Python & Node.js Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Python & Node.js Developer with an interest or experience in AI-based systems. The ideal candidate will work on backend development as well as AI bots, LLM integrations, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models. You will collaborate with frontend and AI teams to build intelligent, scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js
• Build and integrate REST APIs
• Work on AI bots, chatbots, and automation workflows
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, etc.) into applications
• Implement and maintain RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval flow)
• Work with databases like MongoDB / PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams
• Debug, optimize, and improve system performance

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Python and Node.js
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Express, or NestJS
• Understanding of LLMs, AI bots, or prompt-based systems
• Basic knowledge of RAG concepts (vector search, embeddings, document ingestion)
• Familiarity with Git and version control

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AI chatbots or voice assistants
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
• Docker or CI/CD experience

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
