Python Programmer (with ML Experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Python Programmer with strong expertise in software development and applied Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate should have a solid programming foundation, hands-on ML project experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based applications and solutions.
• Design and implement ML models, algorithms, and pipelines for real-world use cases.
• Work with large datasets: data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Deploy ML models into production environments (APIs, cloud, or on-premises).
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product teams to integrate ML capabilities into products.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development, AI/ML tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Python programming skills (object-oriented design, data structures, debugging) & 5+ years of experience is a must.
• 2–3 years of ML experience including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Proficiency in data handling & analysis (NumPy, Pandas, SQL).
• Experience in model deployment (Flask/FastAPI, Docker, REST APIs, cloud platforms).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Good to Have:

• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in SaaS or product-based companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
