Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python + GenAI Developer with strong experience in Django or FastAPI, hands-on exposure to Generative AI, and practical experience working on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating GenAI models, and deploying solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python with Django/FastAPI.
• Build, fine-tune, and integrate Generative AI models into applications (LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, etc.).
• Work on API development, microservices architecture, and scalable backend systems.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and security of applications.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and maintain code quality through best practices.

Required Skill Set

• 4 years of overall development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Experience working with Django or FastAPI frameworks.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, transformers, RAG, model integration, prompt engineering).
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system architecture.

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
• Knowledge of ML pipelines, TensorFlow/PyTorch basics.
• Exposure to MLOps tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
