Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through manual and/or automated testing. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, a good understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
• Develop, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Perform manual testing (functional, UI, regression, smoke, sanity testing, etc.)
• Identify, record, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and resolve issues
• Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment
• Conduct post-release testing and validation
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including daily standups and sprint planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
• Basic understanding of testing types (functional, regression, performance, usability)
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
• Good understanding of databases and ability to run basic SQL queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
