QA Analyst

TELCOR Inc, a nationally recognized innovator in the health care informatics industry, is looking for an energetic, focused, motivated team member for the TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) line. The Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) is responsible for testing against specifications to validate enhancements to TELCOR RCM applications. This role also works with other RCM department team members to ensure testing and functionality reflects end user activity, as well as with RCM Software Engineers to resolve errors efficiently. Ensuring testing projects are completed in a timely manner to meet version release deadlines is an important component of this role.

This role requires the employee to work in our office in Lincoln, Nebraska and occasional teleworking is available at Manager's discretion upon the training period.

Requirements

Knowledge of SQL, data analysis and workflow analysis
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; e.g., Word, Excel, CRM
Experience in medical informatics, accounting, medical billing or quality assurance
Strong problem resolution skills
Strong communication skills
Experience with Documentation of procedures
Strong aptitude and willingness to learn
Analytical and Creative Thinking
Attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, medical billing or billing information systems preferred, but not required
