What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day GMP QA activities supporting Product Quality Systems
• Manage third-party deviations, change controls, and vendor qualification
• Collaborate cross-functionally to hit project timelines and quality deliverables
• Communicate project status, escalate issues, and resolve discrepancies before they become problems
• Perform customer-facing QA activities as assigned

What We Need From You

• 2+ years of GMP QA experience with a degree in a scientific field, or 5+ years of GMP QA experience without one
• Solid working knowledge of GMP regulations (U.S. and applicable international standards)
• Hands-on experience inside a pharma or biotech Quality Management System
• Comfortable navigating QMS platforms TrackWise, Veeva, ZenQMS, or similar
• Strong communicator who can flag quality issues and resolve them diplomatically

Bonus If You Have

• Experience managing third-party deviations and change controls
• Background working with contract manufacturers, labs, or service providers
• Customer-facing quality support experience
