About the Role

We are building an AI-powered RFI (Request for Information) and Questionnaire Automation platform that helps companies respond accurately and consistently to customer, raw material and product , sustainability, compliance, and certification-related questionnaires.We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional with hands-on experience in customer queries and documentation management to support:

  • Discovery of client document structures
  • Verification of AI-generated RFI responses
  • Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and risks
  • Training and improving AI models using real-world validation

This role sits at the intersection of QA, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Document Discovery & Structuring

  • Analyze and understand client document repositories (policies, SOPs, manuals, certifications, reports, etc.)
  • Identify how different companies organize and maintain documentation
  • Classify documents based on relevance to RFIs, audits, compliance, and customer queries
  • Support creation of structured AI-ready knowledge bases from unstructured documents

2. RFI & Questionnaire Validation (AI Output Review)

  • Review AI-generated RFI / questionnaire responses for:
  • Accuracy against source documents
  • Completeness and relevance
  • Consistency across responses
  • Compliance and risk sensitivity
  • Identify and flag incorrect, ambiguous, outdated, or potentially risky responses
  • Suggest corrections or improvements based on domain understanding
  • Act as a final human validation layer before responses are shared with customers

3. AI Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide feedback loops to improve AI response quality
  • Help label and tag data used for AI training
  • Assist in defining validation rules and quality benchmarks for AI outputs
  • Participate in testing new AI features and workflows

4. Quality Assurance & Process Support

  • Define QA checklists for RFI responses and document usage
  • Help standardize response format, language, tone, and structure across customers
  • Help identify gaps in documentation coverage
  • Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams to improve workflows

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management roles, documentation, compliance, or customer query handling role
  • Strong experience handling:
  • Customer questionnaires / RFIs
  • Internal documentation (policies, SOPs, manuals, certifications)
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to validate content against source documents
  • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data
  • Good written communication skills (English)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in:
  • Certification bodies, audit firms, consulting, sustainability, compliance, or manufacturing companies
  • ISO, ESG, sustainability, supply chain, or regulatory documentation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or AI-assisted workflows
  • Experience working with Excel, Google Drive, SharePoint, or document management systems
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality handling
