Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a scalable and maintainable TOSCA-based test automation architecture aligned with enterprise application landscapes (SAP, SuccessFactors, IMOS, etc.).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations teams, to understand business requirements, user journeys, and mission-critical workflows for test planning and execution.
• Develop detailed test strategies and plans, including end-to-end test scenarios, to ensure full test coverage across functional, integration, API, and system testing phases.
• Identify and automate critical business processes and use cases, ensuring system integration points are thoroughly validated using TOSCA.
• Perform risk analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential failure points that may impact customer experience, system performance, or operational continuity.
• Develop and execute both manual and automated test scripts using TOSCA, ensuring seamless integration testing between applications and systems.
• Log, track, and manage defects, providing detailed reproduction steps and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards, including test coverage metrics, defect density, and system readiness indicators.
• Present findings to business and technical stakeholders, outlining risks, coverage gaps, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple international teams, prioritizing tasks using Agile methodology and planning end-to-end testing for complex, co-dependent systems.
• Provide operational support, including framework enhancements, architecture upgrades, defect fixes, and test process optimizations.
• Act as a subject matter expert in test automation and integration testing, mentoring junior team members and guiding best practices across projects.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Certified professional in Test Automation (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA Certified) or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in Tricentis TOSCA, including designing and executing automated test scripts for GUI, API, and database testing.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems integration testing, including SAP, SuccessFactors, IMOS, and other business-critical applications.
• Strong understanding of integration testing techniques, including end-to-end system validation, API verification, and database interactions.
• Experience in manual and automated testing of business-critical workflows, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), Functional Testing, and Integration Testing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop test strategies and plans from business requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and participation in PI planning, sprint execution, and release testing.
• Experience in defect lifecycle management using Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in test reporting and dashboard creation, with the ability to translate technical results into business insights.
