Requirement : Minimum 5+ years experience mandatory in similar field and should take the interview from the office (Bengaluru)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze software requirements and estimate testing efforts for both manual and automation activities.
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and automation scripts using Java/Python, Selenium, and Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Build, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, and Postman.
- Perform API testing and automation using Postman and related tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Organize and participate in review meetings with QA leads to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.
Continuously enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, reliability, and coverage.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience analyzing software requirements.
- Proficient in Java programming with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in test automation using Selenium, Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), and TestNG.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, test craftsmanship, and code quality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub
- Exposure to performance testing tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of defect and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
