QA Automation Engineer

• Key Responsibilities - Automation QA EngineerDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.Execute automated test cases to ensure the quality and performance of web and mobile applications.Identify, analyze, and document software defects and work closely with developers to resolve them.Collaborate with the QA and development teams to define testing strategies and ensure test coverage.Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework for continuous improvement. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices to improve automation efficiency.
• Requirements/Qualifications4–6 years experience in mobile test automation (React Native preferred).Hands-on experience with Cypress, Detox, or equivalent E2E tools.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and JWT tokens.Knowledge of AWS ecosystem (API Gateway, ECS, S3, CloudWatch) desirable.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based test execution.Strong debugging skills using device logs, API logs, and network traces.Exposure to agile sprint-based QA cycles.
