QA Automation Engineer (Reliability & Defect Orchestration)
Organization: KTS Group IT
Location: Block 1, Al Rai Industrial Area, Kuwait
Remuneration: KWD 1,150 per month (Total Package)
The Validation Mandate
Operating out of Block 1 in the Al Rai Industrial Area, KTS Group IT is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to lead the digital fortification of our software ecosystems. This is a role for a precision-focused engineer who believes that manual testing is a bottleneck to innovation. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the automated frameworks that ensure our applications are resilient, performant, and ready for high-stakes industrial deployment across Kuwait.
Quality DNA & Technical Impact
- Automation Framework Governance: Lead the design, development, and execution of scalable automated testing suites (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright), ensuring 100% coverage of critical business logic.
- Regression & Script Integrity: Oversee the continuous maintenance of existing script libraries, performing rigorous root-cause analysis on failed builds to distinguish between environment instability and software defects.
- CI/CD Pipeline Synergy: Integrate automated validation checkpoints into the deployment pipeline, ensuring that every code commit undergoes a rigorous digital "health check" before reaching production.
- Performance & Load Engineering: Develop and execute automated load-testing scripts to evaluate system behavior under peak industrial-scale traffic, identifying latency bottlenecks in the Al Rai infrastructure.
Candidate DNA
- Professional Foundation: 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years focused specifically on automation engineering and framework development.
- Technical Arsenal: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java; deep familiarity with SQL for database validation and Git for version control.
- Linguistic Standards: Advanced C2-level proficiency in professional English is required for drafting defect reports and collaborating with international development teams.
- Visual Debugging: Proficiency in using Loom to record "bug-walkthroughs" and automation execution demos to provide developers with clear, visual context for identified defects.
Work Context
KTS Group IT offers a technical, detail-oriented environment in the bustling Al Rai Industrial Area. This position provides a competitive KWD 1,150 monthly salary and the opportunity to define the automated quality standards for a major regional technology provider.
