QA Automation Tester

What You’ll Do

• Test web and mobile applications (Android/iOS) for functionality, usability, and performance.
• Write and execute test cases, test plans, and regression tests.
• Perform both manual and automation testing (where applicable).
• Identify, log, and track bugs using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Ensure releases are stable, bug-free, and meet acceptance criteria.
• Test third-party integrations (payment gateways, aggregators, POS systems, APIs).
• Contribute to improving QA processes and automation coverage.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in QA / Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile apps.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries for database validation.
• Exposure to automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to clearly report issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points For

• Experience testing high-traffic consumer apps (food delivery, e-commerce, or SaaS).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Locust, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
