Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing constructive feedback to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to agents.
- Prepare quality assurance reports and performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
