Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
* Identify, record, and meticulously track bugs and defects from discovery through to resolution.
* Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to prevent recurring issues.
* Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality is integrated into the development process.
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
* Analyse test results and provide detailed reports on software quality to stakeholders.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes and methodologies.
* Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, strategies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

* Proven professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
* Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development frameworks is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with testing AI or machine learning systems would be a significant advantage.
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
