QA Engineer

About Your Role :

• Build and scale the QA team
• Apply and report test strategies, plans and processes
• Assign and prioritize tasks to QA Analysts and/or Testers
• Maintain and expand Test Regression Suite
• Write and analyze test scenarios for manual tests
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Apply and develop automated smoke and regression tests if needed
• Manage the test data by documenting the results of each test cycle to identify flaws
• Play a role in design discussions and sprint meetings to understand features and build prominent testing strategies
• Review test basis (requirements, stories, design docs, etc.) and ensure alignment with the planned test activities

Also:

• 5+ years of Software industry experience, including QA methodologies and software testing
• Experience using a project management system such as JIRA
• Experience taking part in sprints, being involved in planning, retrospectives and estimations
• Experience and effective use of internal and external test teams to execute your test plans (Task estimation, team organization, task prioritization, etc.)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail, strong sense of teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of API test automation tools such as RestAssured, Postman
• Good communication skills in English
