QA Engineer (Onsite – Islamabad, F-10/4)

Role Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer who understands that quality is a production responsibility not just test execution.

You will work onsite with our QA team to ensure stability, performance, and reliability of our booking platforms and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and release testing.
• Validate core booking and payment workflows.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports.
• Support and maintain automation test cases.
• Perform pre- and post-release validation.
• Identify risk areas and communicate impact.

Product & System Awareness (Required)

Familiarity with real production environments, including:

• Performance basics (API latency, load behavior, page speed impact)
• Security validation (auth, roles, input validation, access control)
• SEO awareness (SSR vs CSR, meta tags, crawlability checks)
• UX sensitivity (conversion flows, responsiveness, form validation)
• Workflow logic (booking lifecycle, payment states, sync consistency)

Required Qualifications

• ~2 years of hands-on QA experience.
• Strong manual testing fundamentals.
• Exposure to automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• API testing experience (Postman or equivalent).
• Basic SQL for validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
