Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This is a hands-on internship where you will gain practical experience in testing web applications, especially in projects related to WordPress, eLearning platforms (Moodle, LearnDash, etc.), and eCommerce solutions (WooCommerce, custom plugins).

You will work closely with developers and product managers to test, document, and improve the quality of our products while learning industry best practices. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about software testing and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, creating, and executing test cases (manual testing) for WordPress-based websites and plugins.
Perform functional, regression, and usability testing to ensure product quality.
Identify, log, and track defects using tools.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Participate in cross-browser and device testing.
Document test results clearly and efficiently.
Support testing of new features and enhancements in eLearning and eCommerce workflows.
Help improve existing testing processes and frameworks.

Tools & Projects You Will Work On

WordPress: Themes, plugins, custom development environments
WooCommerce: Shopping cart, checkout flows, payment integration
LearnDash / LMS Platforms: Course creation, user management, content delivery
Testing Tools: JMeter, PlayRight, Selenium, Redmine, Postman (optional exposure)
Environments: Staging and production websites with caching, CDN configurations, and server setups
