QA Engineer (Manual+ Automation)

Job Title: QA Engineer Experience: 3+ years

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer (3+ years) who can ensure the quality, security, and resilience of our applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with test automation, functional and non-functional testing, and a deep understanding of modern QA practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to ensure end-to end product quality.

Perform API testing, UI automation, load/performance testing, and security validation.

Conduct resiliency testing in distributed/cloud environments to ensure system stability under failures.

Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and contribute to QA best practices. Continuously improve automation frameworks, pipelines, and QA processes.

Required Technical Skills / Tools

Test Management & Tracking Zephyr, qTest, Jira

Automation & Frameworks Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG, Cypress (nice-to-have)

API Testing Postman

Performance & Load Testing JMeter, LoadRunner (optional)

Security Testing OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nessus (or equivalent)

Resiliency / Chaos Engineering Gremlin, Chaos Monkey (preferred)

Code Quality & Analysis

SonarQube

CI/CD & Version Control Jenkins, Git / GitHub / GitLab, GitHub Actions

Databases & Cloud SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP environments

Preferred Skills Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for setting up test environments. Experience with security validation (OWASP Top 10, penetration testing basics). Exposure to microservices testing and contract testing (Pact or similar). Knowledge of shift-left testing approaches and CI/CD-driven QA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,427.72 - ₹50,091.75 per month
