About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer (Manual Tester) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring software quality, skilled in finding bugs, and experienced in testing across modern web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design, document, and execute detailed and well-structured test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Conduct API testing using Postman to validate endpoints under various conditions.
  • Review and validate UI/UX designs in Figma to ensure implementation accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed test reports, checklists, and documentation in Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Participate in sprint meetings, providing feedback on user stories and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman).
  • Strong knowledge of bug tracking and project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Bugzilla, Trello.
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting using Excel and MS Office.
  • Basic familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Good To Have

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to automation testing tools (optional but an advantage).
