About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing to help ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our web applications and platforms.

You will play a critical role in identifying issues, validating functionality, improving testing processes, and collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software releases.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical skills, and takes ownership of software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and platform features
• Create and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Validate fixes and perform retesting before production releases
• Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and release testing
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Assist in improving QA processes, workflows, and release quality
• Perform data validation and basic database testing using SQL queries
• Contribute to maintaining high product quality standards

Required Skills & Experience Core QA Skills

• Proven experience in Manual Testing – Mid/Senior level
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software testing principles
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience writing detailed test cases, bug reports, and test documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Testing Experience

• Experience with functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Experience testing web applications and APIs
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Good understanding of responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device testing

Tools & Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend verification
• Experience with Git workflows is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments

Additional Experience

• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
• If no iGaming experience, candidate must show willingness and openness to learn the business

Technical KnowledgeStrong understanding of:

• Test case design techniques and bug lifecycle management
• User acceptance testing (UAT) support
• Web application behavior and API validation
• Risk-based testing and release validation
• Software release processes and quality assurance standards

Experience with:

• Manual testing across multiple environments

• SQL queries for backend validation
• Defect tracking and reporting workflows

• Experience with automation testing tools is a plus
• Basic scripting knowledge is an advantage
• Experience testing payment systems or transactional platforms
• Experience in high-traffic or real-time platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD and release workflows
• Understanding of security and performance testing concepts
