QA Engineer (Mobile App Testing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile App Testing

• Conduct manual testing for Android and iOS apps
• Execute test cases, test plans, and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using testing tools
• Validate new features and ensure proper functionality

Quality Assurance Processes

• Perform functional, UI/UX, usability, and performance testing
• Ensure test coverage across all product modules
• Assist in improving QA workflows and processes

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, designers, and product teams
• Participate in sprint meetings and provide feedback
• Communicate issues clearly with steps to reproduce

Documentation

• Maintain test cases, checklists, and project testing records
• Prepare detailed test reports for management

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in QA/testing (Mobile apps preferred)
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
• Familiarity with Android/iOS platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work full-time onsite with the team
