Key Responsibilities

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality assurance lifecycle of our software products. Your duties will include:
* Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
* Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs thoroughly from discovery to resolution.
* Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and new features are implemented.
* Collaborating closely with product managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
* Testing across various platforms, including web and mobile applications, to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:
* Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
* Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:
* Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
* Knowledge of a scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.
* Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
* ISTQB certification or other relevant professional qualifications.
