QA Engineer (Quality Assurance Engineer - AI & Technology)

Role Purpose
Responsible for executing Quality Assurance activities and preparing testing artifacts for AI and technology projects, under the guidance of the QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on requirements and user stories.
• Execute testing activities covering:
• • Functional and System testing for business workflows.
  • Integration testing between system components.
  • API testing using tools such as Swagger and Postman.
• Create and Execute test automation scripts using frameworks such as Robot Framework, SHAFT Engine, or Selenium, as per project needs.
• Support performance testing execution using tools such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6.
• Perform database validation and data consistency checks.
• Log, track, re-test, and document defects with clear and complete evidence.
• Prepare testing reports and execution evidence for internal review and client submission.
• Coordinate daily testing activities with development and AI teams.
• Follow QA standards, processes, and testing guidelines defined by the QA Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional hands-on QA experience exceeding 4 years in technology projects.
• Solid experience in writing and executing test cases.
• Practical experience in API testing and database testing.
• Working knowledge of test automation frameworks.
• Basic understanding of performance testing concepts.
• Exposure to AI platforms or AI-based systems is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile and Data delivery environments .

Certifications

• ISTQB CTFL (Mandatory)
• ISTQB CTFL-AT (Preferred)
