Responsibilities

• Design, create, and execute comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document software defects using bug tracking systems.
• Perform detailed regression testing to validate that bug fixes have been implemented correctly.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve the efficiency of the testing process.
• Analyse test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports and feedback to the project team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Stay informed about new testing tools, technologies, and best practices in the industry.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in a software quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Demonstrable experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is highly desirable.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
