Are you ready to take on a dynamic QA role that goes beyond testing a single product? We're looking for talented Quality Assurance Engineers to join our globally distributed team and play a critical role in ensuring the technical excellence of our partner-focused solutions. In this position, you'll work across multiple service layers and integration contexts, tackling diverse testing challenges that keep every day interesting. From API testing and Python-based automation to UI and performance validation, you'll be the guardian of quality for custom configurations, feature adaptations, and new implementations that extend our core offerings to meet specific partner needs.

Unlike traditional QA positions focused on a single product, you'll experience the variety and challenge of working on custom-built features, integration adapters, and capability enhancements across different deployment environments. This flexibility creates endless opportunities for problem-solving and skill development, requiring both technical independence and collaborative finesse. Your work will directly enable secure, seamless, and performant experiences for end users across our partner ecosystem. You'll be the vital link ensuring technical integrity, working closely with developers, QA leads, and fellow testers in a team that spans Kuala Lumpur, Bratislava, and Helsinki.

We are hiring for this role in Bengaluru, India. We work in a hybrid model, and you can work from home most of the time, but we'd love to see you in the office now and then too.

What you will do in this role:

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and performance testing layers, ensuring stability and functionality of partner-specific implementations
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Python and Playwright, while developing test coverage for API interfaces and front-end flows with tools like Postman, Insomnia, and Cucumber
• Perform manual and exploratory testing when automation isn't feasible, adapting testing approaches to navigate product variations and customizations based on partner requirements
• Collaborate with distributed development teams across Kuala Lumpur, Slovakia, and Helsinki, aligning on technical changes and ensuring test readiness in agile delivery cycles
• Track and document testing activities using JIRA for task management and Confluence for test documentation, maintaining clear visibility of quality metrics and test coverage
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing process enhancements and streamlining testing workflows, contributing to the team's culture of innovation and refinement
• Ensure partner satisfaction by validating that customizations, new features, and adaptation layers meet security, performance, and functional requirements before deployment

What are we looking for?

• Strong testing expertise across APIs, UI, and backend services, with meticulous attention to detail and quality standards
• Prior experience with Python for test automation and scripting
• Experience with Playwright for automated testing frameworks
• API testing tools expertise (e.g. Postman and Insomnia)
• BDD/Cucumber framework knowledge for behavior-driven development testing
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for agile project management and documentation
• Experience working in distributed/remote teams across multiple time zones
• Full professional proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
