QA Executive - Billing

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify and document any defects or issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and implement corrective actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (specially with the international sales team) to develop and implement quality improvement.

Requirements:

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in a quality assurance role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in report and email writing.

Location: Karachi, DHA Phase 6 (on-site)

Shift: Night (7 pm to 4 am)
