Ajman, UAE | Food Manufacturing (Chocolate)

We are a chocolate manufacturing company in Ajman looking for an experienced QA & Food Safety Officer to manage HACCP implementation and ensure compliance with Ajman Municipality & UAE food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement & maintain HACCP / Food Safety Management System
• Act as HACCP Coordinator / Food Safety In-Charge
• Handle municipality inspections & audits
• Monitor CCPs, oPRPs, hygiene & allergen control
• Maintain food safety documentation & records
• Conduct staff food safety training

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Bachelor’s in Food Science / related field
• 2+ years UAE food manufacturing experience
• HACCP certification
• Strong knowledge of Ajman Municipality requirements
• Experience in factory audits & inspections

Only candidates with UAE food industry experience will be considered.
