Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Intern who is either a recent graduate or currently in the final semester of a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree from a reputable university. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience in software testing and a keen interest in quality assurance practices. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure, with the potential to transition into a full-time QA role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and executing test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Participate in review meetings and contribute to improving QA processes.
• Prepare simple reports on test results and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final semester student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience (academic or internship) with manual or automated testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
