QA- Intern

HZ Tech is looking for a motivated QA Intern who has a strong understanding of manual testing and a passion for ensuring software quality. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to testing web and mobile applications and be familiar with bug tracking tools.

Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications
Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA and Trello
Conduct functional testing, strong functional testing, and UI testing
Validate UI l layouts.
Test applications on responsive screens (desktop, tablet, mobile views)
Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)
Test mobile applications on Android and/or iOS devices
Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and improvements
Assist in writing basic test cases and test scenarios

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Good understanding of manual testing concepts
Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar)
Knowledge of functional testing and UI testing
Familiarity with web elements (buttons, forms, inputs, margins, paddings, etc.)
Understanding of responsive design testing
Basic knowledge of cross-browser testing
Exposure to mobile application testing
Basic awareness or exposure to automation testing concepts (a plus)

Nice to Have:
Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
Understanding of SDLC & STLC
Good communication and documentation skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in QA domain

Timings: 12pm-9pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Shahra e Faisal PECHS Block 6
