QA Lead

Analyze requirements, user stories, and design documents to create and execute test cases.
Perform end-to-end functional testing of full-stack applications (UI, backend, database).
Validate RESTful APIs, UI workflows, and business logic against specifications.
Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure inclusive design and implementation.
Maintain and execute regression test suites to catch defects introduced by code changes or updates.
Identify reusable test components and contribute to the automation of regression scenarios.
Ensure new features don't break existing functionality across environments.
Validate deployments and application performance across multiple environments (dev, staging, production) in AWS
Work with DevOps and developers to debug and verify environment-specific issues.
Log and track defects using tools
Work with CI/CD pipelines to trigger automated test cases and validate builds.
Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
