Role: QA Mentor (Industry-Experienced, Project-Based Trainer)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Mentor to conduct practical, project-oriented training in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
This is a mentorship-focused role aimed at bridging academic learning with real-world industry practices.
The mentor will provide hands-on, case study–based guidance to prepare learners for professional QA and business analysis roles in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical, example-driven sessions on:
- Manual and Automation Testing
- Test Planning, Design, and Execution
- Business Analysis Fundamentals (requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping)
- Agile Project Management and QA Lifecycle
- Design and execute case studies, project simulations, and end-to-end testing scenarios based on real-world applications.
- Mentor learners through live projects using current industry tools such as:
- JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello
- Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Git, and Jenkins
- Evaluate projects, review deliverables, and provide feedback aligned with QA and project management standards.
- Conduct mock interviews and readiness sessions for job preparation.
- Collaborate with internal product or engineering teams to enhance the curriculum with current industry trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing, QA, or related fields.
- Experience in Business Analysis or Project Management is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools and frameworks, including Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, and JMeter.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and defect management processes.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training will be an advantage.
Engagement Terms
- Contract basis: Per-hour or per-class engagement.
- Mode: Onsite, hybrid, or online, depending on the institute’s schedule.
- Session duration: Typically 1–2 hours per session.
- Frequency: As per batch schedule (weekday or weekend sessions).
- Compensation: Competitive per-hour or per-session rates based on experience and expertise.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
